Leadership

Lead-Succeed-Achieve!

The college offers a wide range of opportunities for students to benefit from their co-curricular experiences in addition to their classroom experiences.

Leadership opportunities include:

  • Training programs that allow you to develop your leadership skills for "real life" experiences.
  • Volunteering on campus or in local agencies so you can get involved in your new community and play an active role in other people's lives.
  • Involvement in the Student Government Association, an elected group of students who represent students' interests to the college's administration. The SGA assists in planning campus programming and in allocating funds to student clubs and organizations on campus. More

Getting involved has its rewards. You'll receive the satisfaction of having made a difference in another person's life, and, any activities like these may improve your chances of transferring to another college, receiving scholarships, and improving your career prospects.
