Massage Therapy Certificate (MTC) |
| The two-year program provides a comprehensive background in various modalities and prepares students to become licensed massage therapists. | This one-year program focuses on Complementary Health Care philosophy, theories, principles, and practices. Training in several modalities such as reiki and stress management is offered. | This one-year program is for individuals pursuing careers as licensed massage therapists. Massage courses are offered in seven-week cycles. |

a comprehensive background in complementary health care to enhance
their abilities as managers or providers in: health care, human services,
human resources, teaching, or other professions • Professionals wanting college credits to meet Continuing Education Unit requirements to maintain licensure for nursing, LPNs, PTs and PTAs, social work, counseling, teaching, etc . . . • Students wanting a comprehensive
background in complementary health care
as a focus of study toward a future degree
• Individuals interested in CHC for their own personal growth |
• Want to be certified as massage therapists in a short period of time • Already have a degree • Want to earn college credit for their training but do not need, or have the time, to complete a two-year degree at this time |
