CNAs ADVANCE TO NEXT STEP ON CAREER LADDER

(GARDNER)--The following group of CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) at the LaChance Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation recently celebrated completion of the first rung of three-tiered the Career Ladder Program. Under the program, participants take a variety of specialized training courses to advance them through a career ladder. The first step on the ladder is CNA I, followed by CNA II and CNA III. The effort is funded by The Extended Care Career Ladder Initiative (ECCLI) grant.
