MOUNT WACHUSETT COMMUNITY COLLEGE RECOGNIZES EXCELLENCE (GARDNER)—Mount Wachusett Community College will recognize its outstanding students at an "Evening of Excellence," Thurs., May 16, at 6:00 p.m., at the Sheraton Four Points Hotel in Leominster. Students will be honored for their academic achievement. Students will be recognized with: Curriculum Awards, Memorial Awards, Nursing Awards, transfer scholarships, Foundation scholarships, and Outstanding Achievement Awards. Students from Honors Societies, the Honors Program, and those who have been selected for inclusion in "Who's Who in American Junior and Community Colleges" will also be honored. The evening will feature welcoming remarks from MWCC President Daniel M. Asquino, Dean of Academic Affairs Dr. Frank A. DeSorbo. Dr.Vincent Ialenti and Associate Dean of Student and Enrollment Services Ann S. McDonald will serve as Masters of Ceremonies.
