Pool Programs
Aqua Aerobics
Calisthenics and aerobic activity performed to music and taught by a certified aerobics instructor. Tools maybe used to increase the water’s resistance, while maintaining minimal stress on the joints. There is NO Open Swim during this time.

Deep Water Aerobics
This is the place for core strength development and muscle conditioning! Experience this non-impact workout done completely suspended in deep water. Realize your power – maximize your training results! Water belts are provided and required in this class. NO open swim during this time.
Lap Swim on Sunday Mornings
Sundays, 7:30-11:30 AM, all six lanes available for adult lap only. No Open Swim during this time.
Lap Swimming
In general, there are 2 lap lanes available during pool hours, EXCEPT during programmed swim times listed on the current pool schedule. Lap swim is free to members.

There are 2 lanes of open swim space available during pool hours, EXCEPT during programmed swim times listed on the current pool schedule. Open swim is free to members.
Birthday Parties
This is a sure way to make our child’s birthday a special day to remember. The package may include up to one hour of swimming and one half hour in the party room, and up to 15 participants. Reservations must be made 3-6 weeks in advance. Please call (978) 630-9212 for more information.
Red Cross Lifeguard Training -Water Safety Instructor Training

Swim Lessons
We are pleased to offer American Red Cross Swim Lessons at the Mount! The new Red Cross program offers 2 separate age groups to choose from.
- PreSchool Aquatics is appropriate for children ages 5 and younger. In this program there is a Parent/Child class as well as 3 levels of swimming, Pre1, Pre2 and Pre3.
- The Learn-To-Swim program is appropriate for children ages 6 and above. The Red Cross offers 6 levels of swimming abilities, Levels 1 – 6.
If you are unsure which level your child belongs in, please feel free to contact us for a swimming evaluation.
American Red Cross Swimming
PreSchool Aquatics: (appropriate for children ages 6 months to 5 years of age. Swimmers are usually ready for Pre1 thru Pre3 near 4 years of age.)

Masters Swimming
Adult swim group designed for both the swimmer who desires a structured workout or aspiring tri athletes. Group meets 5 times per week with 2 practices conducted by our masters coach. See current pool schedule for times. This program is free to members.
