The first MWCC Business Plan Competition held in 2005 was established to highlight, stimulate and celebrate entrepreneurism in our region. The competition is designed to encourage creation of new businesses and new jobs; to encourage sound management and sustainability practices in nonprofits; and to increase involvement in community and social issues in North Central Massachusetts.
The competition is open to any start-up or growing business and nonprofit that is located or willing to locate in the designated North Central Massachusetts region.

3) Start-up and Expanding nonprofit
