Edward H. Stevens, 1966 – present
Professor of Electronic Technology, Mathematics, Physical Geology, Physical Science, and Physics
For over 46 years I have enjoyed teaching a wide variety of subjects. Each class seems to have its own personality, some are quiet; others are very inquisitive about the subject matter.
In the Electronic Technology career program, it was very gratifying to see students leave with their degree and an excellent job. Several have gone on to get a four-year engineering degree; one started and sold a successful business in electronics. Many worked as Engineers with only the Associate degree.
In teaching Physics, Physical Science, and Physical Geology I try to show the students how these subjects are applicable in their everyday lives.
