CSPD303 / Society for Human Resources Management Learning System Course

For those who have worked in exempt-level human resource positions for at least two years, this 10 week course provides preparation for the Human Resource Certification Institute’s (HRCI) Professional and Senior Professional in Human Resources certification examinations. The program’s six modules correspond to functional areas, responsibilities, and associated knowledge as defined by the HRCI and provide a current reference of HR practices, broaden perspectives of functional specialists, and strengthen individual competencies and productivity.
