Faculty/Staff InterLibrary Loan

Faculty and Staff may complete an Interlibrary Loan form to request books and/or journal articles. If you are a student and wish to place an InterLibrary Loan request, please speak to a Librarian.

Faculty/Staff InterLibrary Loan Request Form

Use these forms to obtain journal articles or books not owned by the MWCC. It will take approximately seven to ten days to fill a request. One request form per item please. *If you would like to request an item, other than a book or journal article (such as a video or CD), please use the Ask-A-Librarian form by clicking here.

This online ILL form is only available to MWCC faculty and staff. If you are a student and wish to place an InterLibrary Loan request, please speak to a Librarian.

NOTE: You must be using the Microsoft Outlook email client for this form to work.
If you are not using Outlook, you can either fill in this form, print it out and fax it to us (978-630-9556) or email the information to: circulation@mwcc.mass.edu
